Hello again Candice! I know exactly where you’re coming from. Before reading Twitterville I was the same way, I didn’t understand all the fuss and I wasn’t about to create a Twitter account just to read what people were doing during the day. Who really cares? However after reading the book I realize what an impact it has made. It is great for social networking and definitely influences businesses on several different levels. It is a great way to communicate and deliver instantaneous feedback. Who knew?! I can’t imagine what the world will bring twenty years from now. Glad to know I wasn’t the only one who learned a thing or two!
